Privacy Policy

1Who is responsible for your data

Ihsan Alapsi is responsible for your data on ihsanalapsi.dev. For any question or request about it, email me at hello@ihsanalapsi.dev.

2What I collect

• What you fill in on forms: your name, email, company and its website, a WhatsApp or Telegram number if you add one, and what you write in your request or message.
• Order details: when you buy, Lemon Squeezy sends me your name, email, the product, and the amount.
• Technical data: your IP address, details about your device and browser, and the pages you visit and when.

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, issues invoices, and handles tax. Your card details never reach this site.

3Why I use it

I use it to send you what you asked for and reply to you, to protect the site from abuse, and for basic visit statistics.

I don't sell your data or use it for ads. Only the service providers that run the site handle it for me, and only to run it.

4How long I keep it

I delete this data once 90 days pass with no activity on it: free guide requests, Muhassan requests and what you wrote in them, device and visit records, and your name and email on the orders Lemon Squeezy sends me. From those orders I keep only the order number, product, and amount, for my accounts.

Lemon Squeezy keeps payment and invoice records under its privacy policy.

You can ask me to delete your data sooner, at any time.

5Cookies

The site uses a small cookie that remembers your language, and a temporary one after you send a form. There are no advertising cookies.

6Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Email me at hello@ihsanalapsi.dev and I'll reply. If you think your data was mishandled, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

7Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 16. If you learn that a child has sent me personal data, email me and I'll delete it.

8Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is the one published here with its last-updated date.
