1About me and these terms

ihsanalapsi.dev and its store at shop.ihsanalapsi.dev are run by Ihsan Alapsi, an independent seller.

By using the site, requesting a free guide, or buying a product, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

My products work with tools such as Claude Code, and I'm not affiliated with Anthropic or any other company that makes those tools. Their names belong to their owners.

2Products and services

Everything I offer is digital:

• Paid products: PDF books and guides, and skill packs for AI coding tools such as Claude Code.
• Free guides: PDF files emailed to you after you confirm your address.
• Muhassan services: a free quick scan, and security reviews and hardening for platforms under a written quote and agreement.

3Purchases and delivery

Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for paid products: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles tax. Its Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

Prices are in US dollars, and you see the final amount with tax before you pay.

After payment you get a receipt with your download link, and you can download again any time from your My Orders page on Lemon Squeezy. If nothing arrives, email me at hello@ihsanalapsi.dev.

Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.

4License

A purchase gives you a personal license for you alone, and you can't transfer it. Everyone who uses a product needs their own license.

• Allowed: using the product in your own work and your clients' work, and adapting it inside your projects.
• Not allowed: selling, sharing, or publishing the files or download links, even for free. You also can't turn them into courses for sale, add them to datasets, or use them to train AI models. Products come with no PLR or MRR rights.
• Free guides: for personal use. To share a guide, share its page link instead of the file.
• Ownership: the content stays mine, and a purchase gives you the right to use it.
• End of license: a refund or a payment dispute with your bank ends the license, and then you must stop using the files and delete them.

5Muhassan services

Muhassan services aren't sold through Lemon Squeezy. Each paid service has its own quote and invoice, and I start only after a written agreement that sets the scope, plus written authorization from the owner of the systems I'll test.

The binding price is the one in the written quote. The free quick scan doesn't interfere with your systems, and I run it only after confirming you own the platform or act for its owner.

A report describes what I found within the agreed scope and time. Confidentiality and any NDA follow the written agreement.

6Results and liability

The content is information and practical experience, and I don't guarantee a specific result, such as higher search rankings or a platform free of vulnerabilities. Results depend on your situation and how you apply it.

Skill packs and scripts can run commands or change files, so review them before running them and back up your work. AI tools change fast, so I can't guarantee they'll work with every future version.

My liability for any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights you have by law where you live.

7Changes to products and these terms

I may update the products and these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published here with its last-updated date, and past purchases stay under the version in force when you bought.
